What ships
Traffic is only useful when the right person can find a relevant page, ask a specific question and reach you without the enquiry disappearing into a generic inbox.
Your brand, brokerage details, market and contact paths are configured for your practice.
Active listing search is connected after the required brokerage and data-feed approvals are in place.
Buyer, seller, property-type and market pages give useful traffic a clear next step.
Listing, showing, buyer and seller enquiries feed one private lead board with email alerts.
See the source, enquiry, contact details and status without sorting through a shared inbox.
Tenant separation, feed attribution, sold-price protection and launch checks are part of the build.
Where it fits
The current offer has one job: publish a credible Canadian real-estate website, connect approved listing data and give every enquiry a clear place to land.
| Decision | Template builder | Street & Signal | Mature platform |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who does the setup | Mostly you | Managed launch | Vendor or agency |
| Canadian listing feed | Usually an add-on or absent | CREA DDF after approval | Varies by platform |
| Lead working view | Form notifications | Private lead board | Broader CRM suite |
| Scope | Flexible self-serve | Focused website + enquiry system | Broad feature catalogue |
| Best fit | Lowest-cost web presence | Solo agent or small practice | Larger operation with complex needs |
The right choice depends on the operating system you actually need. Street & Signal does not currently include a dialler, transaction management, US IDX coverage or brokerage-wide user administration.
Launch process
The domain, brokerage details, DDF path, lead forms and customer access are checked in sequence. Billing starts only after fit and scope are confirmed.
Confirm the market, brokerage, domain and pages that need to exist at launch.
Connect the domain, collect approved brand details and start the CREA DDF process.
Build the site, test forms and alerts, and review the customer dashboard.
Point the domain only after the site, data feed and enquiry paths pass review.
Founding partner pricing
No tier maze at launch. The first group gets the same core website, listing-feed path, enquiry capture and lead dashboard.
Launch
Canadian pilotBlog publishing, US MLS coverage and broad CRM automation are not included in this pilot.
Before you book
If the current scope does not fit, the review should establish that quickly.
Not in the founding partner pilot. The first release covers the core website, local commercial pages, listing search, enquiry forms and the private lead board. Blog migration or publishing is a separate scope.
Setup is included for founding partners. Additional custom pages, content migration or integrations are priced before that work begins.
Yes. Launch is C$299 monthly or C$2,990 annually. The annual option includes two months compared with paying monthly for a full year.
US MLS coverage is not part of the current offer. The founding partner pilot is for Canadian agents whose CREA DDF access can be approved.
Use a cheap builder when you want a basic site and will assemble the rest yourself. Use a mature suite when you need a dialler, transaction management, brokerage-wide permissions or a large integration catalogue. Street & Signal is the narrower middle: a managed Canadian website, approved listing feed and direct lead workflow.
The launch starts with a fit review. Domain readiness, brokerage approval, data-feed access and the exact scope are confirmed before billing or a launch date.
Built from the operator side of the desk.
“I started this from my own Canadian REALTOR® site: listing data, local pages, forms, alerts and the private work behind them. The founding partner pilot is where I turn that into a repeatable product for other agents.”
